Mynydd Castlebythe
From Henry's Moats the trail crosses the B4329 road at Tufton and reaches the village of Castlebythe with its remains of an early Motte. From this point the pilgrim has a choice either to follow the route through the village to Puncheston or to take the unfenced road over the Castlebythe Mountain.  The unfenced road commands a panorama extending from St Anns Head in the south, taking in the peaks of Ramsey Island, Carn Llidi, Pen Beri on St David's Head, Garn Fawr on Pencaer and the peak of Carn Ingli, St Brynach's mountain of the angels over the shoulder of Cilciffeth.

Either route will join the B4313 New Inn to Fishguard road.  Turning left the pilgrim will arrive at St Brynach's church, Pontfaen  where the Preseli trail joins with the coastal trail of the Saints and Stones.
